Thera Ed Staffing is actively seeking 10 dedicated Special Education Teachers to join a supportive school district in Carlsbad, New Mexico
. This is a full-time, in-person opportunity for professionals who are passionate about helping students with diverse learning needs succeed in an inclusive educational environment.

As a Resource/Inclusion Teacher, you will work collaboratively with general education teachers, related service providers, administrators, and families to provide individualized instruction and support that promotes student growth and academic achievement.

• Provide specialized instruction to students with disabilities in resource and inclusion settings
• Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Collaborate with general education teachers to support inclusive classroom practices
• Adapt curriculum, instructional strategies, and classroom accommodations based on student needs
• Monitor student progress and maintain accurate educational records
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
• Foster a positive, supportive, and inclusive learning environment

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Special Education or a related field
• Strong understanding of IDEA, IEP development, and special education compliance
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Previous school-based experience preferred, but qualified new graduates are encouraged to apply
