Elementary School Principal

Serves under the Superintendent and Assistant Superintendent of Instruction as the chief executive officer of the elementary school assigned with total responsibility to provide leadership for the instruction program. Manages all affairs of the school within district policy and procedures, and supervises all Certificated and Classified employees assigned to serve in the school.

Requirements / Qualifications

1. California Administrative Services Credential
2. Letter of Introduction
3. Resume 4. Three (3) Letters of Recommendation signed within the last 6 months with at least one from an immediate supervising administrator (more than one supervisor is recommended) 5. Writing Prompt:
Write a letter introducing yourself as if you were a newly appointed elementary school principal to the students, staff and parent community. Include three key qualities that define you as a leader and how these qualities shape would guide your work as a principal. The letter should be one page or less.

Qualifications:

- California Administrative Services Credential
- Master's Degree
- Successful administration/leadership experience
- Middle School experience preferred
- Assistant Principal experience preferred All required documents must be attached to the application in order to be considered.
