Music Substitute Teacher (Long Term) - Buena Vista Elementary

Job Title

Music Teacher

7.5 hrs/week, 5 days a week. Contracted hours are 7:45am - 3:15pm Anticipated timeframe;
Beginning of October through January. Music credential HIGHLY preferred, as credentials in other subjects would only be able to cover 30 days. Incomplete applications will not be considered.

1. Resume (with reason for leaving each job. If you don't include that, then fill out the work history section) 2. Two Letters of Recommendation 3. A valid copy of your teaching credential (If applicable) 4. Mandatory Employment Disclosure section MUST be complete, as it is a CA state requirement
5. Driver's license or valid d on I-9 form ALL required documents must be attached to edjoin in order to be considered.

Things that will be collected at a later date, but before hiring:

- Copy of current negative TB test result (Less than 4 yrs old, no risk assessments will be accepted) - Fingerprints - Copy of signed Social Security Card --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Upon completion of your application, new hire packet, SB848 or AB2534 history, and cleared fingerprints, your name will be submitted to the Board of Trustees for approval at their next scheduled meeting.
