Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for an Electrical Project Manager based in Carlsbad, CA. The Electrical Project Manager will oversee and manage all aspects of electrical projects, including planning, budgeting, resource allocation, and ensuring adherence to project deadlines. Key responsibilities include coordinating with clients, general contractors, and subcontractors, supervising teams, monitoring project progress, and ensuring compliance with safety and industry standards.
The role requires effective communication and collaborative problem-solving to consistently deliver successful project outcomes.
- Proficiency in Electricity, Electrical Contracting, and Electrical Design
- Experience with Budgeting and resource management for project planning
- Knowledge of Electrical Engineering principles applied to commercial projects
- Strong project management, team leadership, and organizational skills
- Familiarity with safety regulations and industry compliance standards
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related relevant experience is preferred
- PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is a plus
- Proven track record of successful completion of electrical construction projects
