You will coordinate and schedule field crews, review and analyze field data, prepare and certify survey maps and legal descriptions, and ensure all work complies with California statutes, local agency requirements, and professional standards.

You will work closely with clients, developers, engineers, architects, and public agencies, serving as the primary point of contact for surveying-related matters. Additional responsibilities include defining project scopes, managing budgets and schedules, supporting proposal development, resolving technical challenges, and maintaining quality control across all survey deliverables. You will also mentor junior surveyors and technical staff, helping to develop internal capabilities and support the long-term growth of the surveying practice.
