Ready to launch your engineering career with an innovative product development team? We're seeking a motivated R&D Engineer I to support product development, process improvement, testing, and engineering projects in a fast-paced, regulated manufacturing environment.

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Materials Engineering, Product Design, or a related engineering field.

• 0-2 years of engineering experience preferred
• Experience supporting product development, manufacturing, or engineering projects is a plus.
• Medical device or regulated industry experience preferred
• Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future visa sponsorship.

• Support product development, sustaining engineering, and process improvement initiatives.
• Assist with product design, prototyping, testing, and validation activities.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, reports, specifications, and drawings.
• Analyze engineering data and provide recommendations based on findings.
• Utilize CAD software, including Solid Works, to support design projects.
• Coordinate tooling, fixtures, and test equipment development.
• Investigate technical and manufacturing issues and support corrective actions.
• Collaborate with Quality, Manufacturing, Regulatory, and cross-functional teams.
• Support engineering change processes and continuous improvement efforts.

• Ability to work onsite in a professional engineering environment
• Ability to use standard office and engineering computer systems throughout the workday

• Solid Works or other CAD software experience
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and technical writing skills
• Knowledge of engineering documentation, design controls, and risk management
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite

The base pay range listed reflects what we reasonably expect to offer for this role. Actual pay may vary based on location, experience, and performance.
