SR. Process Sustaining Engineering Tech

Manufacturing Medical Company in Carlsbad, CA is currently hiring a Process Sustaining Engineering Tech.

The Process Sustaining Engineering Technician supports manufacturing operations through hands-on troubleshooting, equipment support, and process improvement activities. This role requires strong electromechanical skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, regulated production environment.

• Technicians are responsible for identifying and resolving equipment issues, supporting process stability, and ensuring accurate documentation of all work performed.
• Candidates must be comfortable managing multiple priorities and adapting to changing production needs.
• Hands-on electromechanical troubleshooting experience
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt quickly
• Strong documentation skills
• Comfortable working in a regulated manufacturing environment
• Engineering Tech roles are hands-on and require electromechanical troubleshooting experience.
• Engineering Techs require strong demonstrated experience in mechanical assembly, electrical troubleshooting, and automation system interfacing.
• All candidates should be comfortable managing multiple conflicting priorities, adapting to rapid priority changes, and working in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong documentation skills are required, and candidates must be able to create and maintain accurate records in a regulated manufacturing environment.
• Travel may be required between sites as needed.
