What You'll Bring to the Team

VIP Birthday Party Host at LEGOLAND California Resort.

As a VIP Birthday Host you will work closely with the VIP Experiences team to deliver best‑in‑class service for guests. You’ll help create experiences through hosting events, assisting with VIP builds, and bringing LEGO creativity to life.

• Check in guests for VIP Experience builds.
• Serve as a build assistant.
• Host birthday parties at LEGOLAND.
• Assist with set up and break down of corporate events.
• Support additional commercial duties as needed.
• Provide memorable guest service during experiences and events.
• Engage guests to energize and create engaging interactions.
• Represent the resort and exceed guest service expectations per Guest Obsession program.
• Collaborate with the Guest Excellence team to create memorable experiences.
• Keep up to date on LEGO models, attractions, and resort experiences.
• Build relationships with VIP groups, tailoring experiences to their needs.
• Cross‑train in other resort areas such as Admissions and Guest Services.
• Perform other duties in VIP Experience or Commercial department as needed.

• Minimum 1 year of previous guest‑service experience.
• Experience working directly with guests in a guest‑focused role.
• Ability to execute tasks in an orderly and timely manner; set goals and work independently.
• Extensive knowledge of LEGOLAND parks, LEGO Group, and Merlin Entertainments, or ability to learn quickly.
• Ability to facilitate workshops for large groups (15+).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Legal right to work in the U.S. and willingness to work at resort location.

USD $18.00 per hour.
