This role supports in-office operations with flexibility based on role-specific considerations.
Responsibilities- Engage clients in the lobby to educate and assist with transactions through self-service resources (mobile banking, online banking, or ATM).
- Process cash transactions accurately and efficiently as needed.
- Conduct in-depth conversations with clients to understand financial and life priorities and connect them to appropriate solutions.
- Manage financial center traffic, appointments, and outbound calls effectively.
- Drive the client experience and adhere to established processes, guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
- Build relationships with clients to meet financial needs and expand knowledge by partnering with experts in small business, lending, and investments.
- Adhere to risk culture and strive for operational excellence.
- Enthusiastic, motivated self-starter with a strong work ethic and focus on results, acting in the best interest of the client.
- Collaborates effectively to achieve results and build relationships.
- Passion and drive to deliver an experience that improves clients’ financial lives.
- Ability to identify solutions for new and existing clients based on their needs.
- Effective and confident communication; comfortable engaging all clients.
- Ability to learn and adapt to new information and technology platforms.
- Comfort educating clients on self-service banking transactions (ATM, online banking, mobile banking).
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills to meet client needs.
- Follow established processes and guidelines to ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
- Effective time and capacity management; focused on results while acting in the client’s best interest.
- Flexibility to work weekends and/or extended hours as needed.
- Experience in financial services and knowledge of financial products and solutions.
- One year of demonstrated successful sales experience in a salary plus incentive environment with individual sales goals.
- Six months of cash handling experience.
- Bachelor's Degree or business-relevant Associate’s Degree (e.g., business management, business administration or finance).
