The ideal candidate demonstrates strong attention to detail, professionalism in client communications, and the ability to support multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Why Aldrich Wealth

As an RIA that provides a broad array of financial services to high net worth individuals and corporate retirement plans, we have been recognized by Oregon Business Magazine and San Diego Business Journal as Best Places to Work in both our Oregon and California regions and manage approximately $7 billion in assets.

Our holistic approach, paired with high-touch service, weaves together financial planning, wealth-building, wealth-preservation, and life goals. We guide our clients through today's financial complexities to protect and grow their financial assets for tomorrow.

You'll Get a Chance To

  • Manage the day-to-day servicing of Family Office client accounts, including new account opening, account maintenance, complex account administration, and custodial requests for accounts held at Charles Schwab.
  • Coordinate new client onboarding, including account setup, regulatory disclosures, CRM and portfolio system administration, and document management.
  • Execute client transactions, including wires, ACHs, journals, transfers, tax payments, and other service requests with accuracy and urgency.
  • Support alternative investment operations, including subscription documents, capital calls, distributions, KYC documentation, and reporting.
  • Partner closely with advisors and cross-functional teams—including trading, compliance, tax, and reporting—to deliver an exceptional client experience.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, custodians, and internal partners while contributing to workflow improvements, team knowledge-sharing, and cross-functional support.
