Recently our company has hired experienced loan officers, gotten access to new investors, seen strong results in our marketing programs - to where we are growing again - and need an ambitious person to join this great group of professionals.

We also have a partnership with a large real estate brokerage of 150 agents. We are building out a system of sustained business for the long term with this.

Growth and opportunity. Our goal is to be at 50-75 loans funded per month within the next year. We are getting busy toward that goal. As a Senior Loan Processor
, you’ll manage loan files across agency, government and Non-QM products, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and timeliness from start to finish.

• Review, verify, and analyze borrower documentation (income, assets, credit, title, insurance).
• Work with Loan Officer, Borrower, Underwriter, Escrow, Closer and Funders throughout the transaction.
• You will have an assistant to help collect HOI, Payoffs, Ordering Appraisals, Title Documents and other supporting documentation so that you can work on the income/credit/asset and qualifying of the loan.
• Ensure compliance with direct lending protocols, including:
  • TRID
  • Closing Disclosures (CDs)
  • Doc drawing
  • Warehouse bank management
  • Funding authorizations
  • Post-close conditions
  • Selling loans to investors
• Prepare files for underwriting and satisfy conditions promptly.
• Order, track, and review appraisals, title, and other third-party services.
• Maintain proactive communication with loan officers, underwriters, closing agents, and borrowers.
• Drive loan files forward to meet deadlines and close on time.
• Provide oversight and mentorship to junior processors as needed.
