Job Description
This position engages lobby clients to educate and assist with self‑service banking transactions, including mobile, online, and ATM. The role involves accurately processing cash transactions, conducting in‑depth discussions to understand clients’ financial priorities, and connecting them to appropriate banking solutions.
Responsibilities- Execute the bank’s risk culture and strive for operational excellence.
- Build relationships with clients to meet financial needs.
- Follow established processes and guidelines to act in the best interest of clients and the bank, adhering to all applicable laws and regulations.
- Grow business knowledge and network by partnering with experts in small business, lending, and investments.
- Manage financial center traffic, appointments, and outbound calls effectively.
- Drive the client experience.
- Manage cash responsibilities.
- Enthusiastic, highly motivated self‑starter with a strong work ethic and intense focus on results, acting in the best interest of the client.
- Effective collaborator who builds and nurtures strong relationships.

- Follow established processes and guidelines to act in the best interest of clients and the bank, adhering to all applicable laws and regulations.
- Efficiently manages time and capacity.
- Focuses on results, while acting in the best interest of the client.
- Flexible to work weekends and/or extended hours as needed.
- Experience in financial services with knowledge of industry products and solutions.
- One year of demonstrated successful sales experience in a salary‑plus incentive environment with individual sales goals.
- Six months of cash handling experience.
- Bachelor’s degree or business‑relevant associate’s degree (e.g., business management, business administration, or finance).

Pay range: $25.00 – $27.88 per hour, based on experience, education and skill set. This role offers a base salary only and is not incentive eligible. The position is benefits eligible, offering industry‑leading benefits, paid time off, and supportive resources for employee wellness and community impact.
Shift and HoursShift: 1st shift (United States of America). Hours per week: 40.
