This position reports to the Director of B/D Operations and is responsible for various RIA operational procedures and processes across the firm. Recent college graduates interested in the financial services industry or those with 1-2 years of industry experience are encouraged to apply.

• Provide new advisor onboarding and repapering support
• Will be subject matter expert for all LPL Financial forms and account processes
• Communicating operational requirements to advisor teams
• Touchpoint for incoming advisor inquiries and issues, ensuring resolution or referring to the correct functional area
• Tracks issues and maintains logs
• Advisor facing training on operational processes and procedures
• Supports reporting and data gathering on the LPL Clientworks platform

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
• Expertise in the LPL Clientworks system as well as new account opening is highly desired
• Risk assessment, problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Self-driven and able to work well independently in deadline-oriented environment
• Excellent Written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in MS Office products
• Master level knowledge of MS Excel preferred
• Up to 25% travel to advisor offices required

Salary range $80,000 - 110000
