Adelphi is seeking qualified Registered Occupational Therapists to provide services at a facility in Tom Green County, Texas. The ideal candidate will provide skilled occupational therapy services, complete assessments, deliver treatment, and support interdisciplinary planning for individuals with intellectual disabilities.

Minimum 3 months (with possibility of extension) - Schedule:
8:00 am – 5:00 pm, Monday–Friday (some flexibility required for assessments)
- Master’s degree (or higher) in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Current Occupational Therapist license in the State of Texas
- Must be in good standing with the Executive Council of Physical Therapy and Occupational Therapy Examiners
- All certifications must remain current throughout the assignment
- Maintain required Continuing Education Units (CEUs) for licensure
- 1–3 years of experience working with individuals with intellectual disabilities preferred
- Strong communication skills, including documentation and interdisciplinary collaboration
- Must comply with agency & facility requirements, including drug screening & FBI fingerprint background check
- Must comply with agency and facility immunization requirements
- Must complete all required facility and agency training requirements
- Complete occupational therapy assessments
- Perform treatments and ongoing monitoring of clients
- Provide training to clients and staff
- Complete documentation and required reports by established deadlines
- Participate in program planning for individuals with a variety of diagnoses
- Attend meetings and provide information as needed
- Provide skilled therapy services and attend client meetings
- Teach and support Direct Support Professional (DSP) staff in residential homes
- Conduct services in accordance with Texas Occupational Therapy laws and regulations
- Comply with all applicable facility rules, regulations, and policies
