Mood and Motion Therapy is a boutique private practice in Carlsbad, California, dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based care in a warm and collaborative environment. We're growing and are looking for an Associate Therapist who is passionate about helping clients while building a rewarding private practice career.

• $40-45/hour
• Supervision provided toward California licensure hours
• Insurance credentialing handled for you

Mood and Motion Therapy specializes in working with adolescents, adults, couples, and families. Our clients commonly seek support for:

• Anxiety and stress
• Depression
• Life transitions
• Relationship challenges

• Disordered eating and body image concerns

We're seeking a California-registered Associate Therapist (AMFT, APCC, or ACSW) who is:

• Passionate about providing high-quality clinical care
• Motivated to build and maintain a growing caseload
• Professional, reliable, and collaborative
• Interested in continued learning and professional development
• Comfortable working both in-person and virtually

Experience or interest in any of the following is a plus:

• Couples therapy
• Trauma
• OCD
• Anxiety disorders
• Depression
• Eating disorders or body image concerns
• Adolescents and young adults
