Park Hyatt Aviara Resort in Carlsbad, CA seeks a Sushi Chef Helper to join our luxury kitchen team. The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of Sushi Cook experience, basic sushi prep, and recipe knowledge; a culinary degree or related hotel experience is preferred.
