Sweetwater Care is a regional operator of skilled nursing facilities across multiple states founded in December 2017. Sweetwater Care is the owner-operator of skilled nursing facilities in California, Colorado, Kansas, and Montana.

Compensation: $22 to $25 per hour

About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Administrative Assistant to support daily human resources operations. This entry-level role is ideal for someone who is organized, people-focused, and interested in growing within the HR field.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the HR department
  • Assist with onboarding tasks such as preparing new-hire packets and updating forms
  • Maintain employee records and ensure information is accurate and up to date
  • Help coordinate employee trainings, meetings, HR events, and employee recognition
  • Respond to employee inquiries or direct them to the appropriate HR team member
  • Ensure confidentiality of all employee data and HR-related matters
  • Perform other clerical duties as needed to support HR and Office operations
  • Monitor and order office supplies as needed
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field preferred)
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills
  • Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Interest in pursuing a career in Human Resources
