Position:Product Training Specialist

Employment: Full Time, Hybrid
- Technical Support and Troubleshooting
- Creates and executes processes to ensure external service providers and domestic installers have sufficient technical information.
- Secures HME intellectual property and protects it from unauthorized disclosure.
- Aligns service strategy with HME sales strategy.
- Diagnoses and resolves technical issues at customer locations, via phone, email, or teleconferencing.
- Collaborates with Engineering, Product Management, Tech Support, and Sales to resolve problems.
- Audits domestic and international certified installers to ensure compliance with HME standards.
- Technical Product Training
- Develops and updates product training material for customers, third‑party installers, dealers, and distributors, emphasizing underlying system logic.
- Conducts technical product training to various audiences, including virtual workshops with interactive tools.
- Implements test installations and monitors product approvals.
- Maintains training logs and recertifications, analyzing impact data and metrics to prove learning outcomes and ROI.
- Product Approval and Testing
- Assists Product Marketing and Sales with product approvals by visiting customer test locations and providing feedback.
- Customer Satisfaction
- Conducts audits and gathers feedback to monitor dealer, installer, and distributor effectiveness.
- Collaborates with Sales at trade shows and other events.
- Performs all other assigned responsibilities.
- Qualificationsb>
- Strong customer service skills.
- Proven record of resolving technical issues.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Proficient in PowerPoint and other training development tools.
- Strong data analysis skills.
- Positive, poised, professional presence.
- Experience
- At least 2 years related technical experience.
- Minimum 1 year of developing and/or conducting training.
- Experience with digital tools such as Articulate, Teams, LMS training systems.
- Education
- Associate’s degree or trade school certification.
- Travel
- Domestic and international travel (20‑30%) for multi‑day on‑site assignments at customer or distributor facilities.
- Ability to work overnight shifts.
Compensation
The posted pay range, $28.70‑$38.27/hour, reflects the expected pay for this role. This may vary based on experience and other factors.
