Account Executive

SqlDBM is the leading cloud-native database modeling tool, empowering data professionals to design, manage, and collaborate on data structures with ease. We're growing rapidly and looking for people to join our fun, remote-first startup.

We are seeking a high-performing Account Executive (AE) to drive new customer acquisition and expansion
. The AE will own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, and work cross-functionally with leadership, solutions engineering, and customer success to ensure strategic alignment with enterprise data teams.

• Own and manage the full sales cycle, from pipeline generation to contract execution.
• Engage and consult with C-level, VP, and Director-level stakeholders within enterprise data teams.
• Collaborate with Solutions Engineers to lead technical deep dives and demos
  .
• Strategically partner with Databricks, Snowflake, and other cloud ecosystem leaders
  .

• 5+ years of technical B2B sales, preferably SaaS, data, cloud, or infrastructure tools
• Driven, coachable, and resourceful
• Excellent communicator, articulate, persuasive, and capable of engaging senior stakeholders with confidence
• Relentless execution mindset, self-starter, but asks for help when needed
• Competitive DNA
• Technically curious, not afraid of learning a complex product
• Collaborative and positive
• Ability to work non-standard hours and get stuff done
• Must be able to be at our Carlsbad office at least 3 days a week

Compensation Range: OTE of $270K - $300K base salary range $135K - $150K
