The Growth Marketing Manager will take responsibility for real revenue and storytelling across performance channels while building repeatable growth frameworks.

This role will be at the forefront of growth strategy and execution of Eufora and as a core member of our team, will help define how our brand shows up in paid media, email, and short-form content.

This is a hands-on, collaborative role requiring daily in-office presence in Carlsbad, CA.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate closely with the Creative Director, Social, and Design teams to translate brand positioning into scalable performance assets.
- Develop hooks, messaging angles, and campaign concepts for paid media and email.
- Own email and SMS strategy including campaigns, flows, segmentation, and revenue optimization.
- Write and oversee compelling, on-brand copy designed to convert.
- Own performance metrics for including CAC, LTV, CVR, AOV, and blended ROAS.
- Identify CRO opportunities and guide landing page messaging and structure improvements.
- Partner with Sales and Operations to enhance the customer journey and drive revenue growth.
- Monitor key performance metrics across paid media, email, and web.
- Translate data into clear, actionable insights that inform creative direction and channel strategy.
- Establish consistent reporting cadence with leadership and agency partners.
- 5+ years in growth or performance marketing
- Strong understanding of paid media strategy across Meta, Tik Tok, and emerging platforms
- Works seamlessly with creatives and strategists
- Hands-on experience with Shopify; familiarity with Word Press is a plus
- Proven experience owning email marketing strategy and execution (Klaviyo experience required)
- A strong copywriter with an eye for clever, high-converting messaging
- Creative mindset with the ability to think strategically and execute campaigns effectively.
- Experience managing agencies and external resources
- Integrates and explores modern AI tools to improve speed, testing, workflow efficiency, and creative iteration
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, in-office environment

Work EnvironmentThis position is based at our corporate office in Carlsbad, CA and requires full-time onsite collaboration Monday through Friday. Daily in-office presence is essential to the success of this role.
Candidates must reside locally or be willing to relocate to the Carlsbad area prior to their start date. This position is not eligible for remote or hybrid work.
