We are looking for a Digital Advertising Specialist to join the Bio Production Group (BPG) marketing team. This role will assist in developing, implementing, and optimizing innovative digital advertising campaigns for multiple business units. You will collaborate with market development teams and marketing strategy teams to deliver projects on time and on budget.

Responsibilities focus on paid search, paid social, and display advertising; future work may extend to other channels (e.g., account-based marketing, third-party advertisement, etc.).

• Assist the market development leads in the strategy and implementation of paid search, display, and paid social campaigns.
• Coordinate with Channel Managers & SEO leads to strategize and optimize digital advertising programs and organic search through, but not limited to, SEM, organic, social media, display, IP targeting, programmatic, and other channels.
• Support channel optimization, budget management, and outstanding campaign performance.
• Deliver reporting and campaign analysis using Adobe Analytics, Power BI, and other tools in collaboration with the analytics team.
• Help partners improve their understanding of standard methodologies to achieve impactful results
• Stay updated and test the latest digital advertising tools, platforms, and new technologies.

• BS/BA degree in Marketing or a related field.

• 2+ years' experience in digital marketing campaigns, programs, and tactic management.
• Shown experience with Google Ads, Bing Ads, Linked In Ads, and Meta Ads.
• Experience with in a B2B direct marketing environment. Bioprocessing industry experience preferred.
• Experience with Adobe Analytics and Power
  
  BI is a plus.

• Outstanding attention to detail and strong organization skills.
• Comfortable juggling multiple concurrent projects.
• Self-motivated individual with excellent interpersonal skills.

The salary range estimated for this position based in California is $83,300.00-$.
