Help Desk Support - Level 1 (Carlsbad) 4026We are seeking a highly motivated full‑time Help Desk Support – Level 1 to provide outstanding customer service to our clients.
Job DescriptionUnder the direct supervision of the Client Support Manager, the Help Desk Support Level 1 will provide on‑site and remote technical support for our Noesis clients. The role requires quickly and professionally identifying, researching, and resolving a wide range of technology and computing system issues. The Help Desk Support Level 1 serves as the first point of contact for end‑user technical support needs, working full time (40 hrs/week).
The role demands high levels of self‑initiative, accountability, flexibility, and a strong work ethic.

- Demonstrated track record of offering excellent customer service over the phone
- Working knowledge of all Microsoft operating systems
- Willing to provide support both over the phone and on‑site to support client desktop needs
- Strong working knowledge of all components in Microsoft’s Office suite
- Ability to diagnose and resolve problems with both PC and MAC quickly and efficiently
- Prefer one or more current Information Technology certifications
- Prefer a 4‑Year college degree (Bachelor’s or above) or equivalent experience
- Minimum two years of highly relevant, extensive, hands‑on experience
- Current California driver’s license
