Help Desk Support Specialist‑L2 – full‑time (40 hours per week) providing onsite technical support to Noesis clients in San Diego County.

Job Description

Under the direct supervision of the Technology Manager, the Help Desk Support Specialist‑L2 will provide on‑site technical support for Noesis clients, quickly and professionally identifying, researching, and resolving a wide range of technology and computing system issues. The role may serve as a first point of contact for end‑user technical support needs.

  • Rapid diagnosis and resolution of PC and MAC issues
  • Diagnose and resolve networking problems using industry‑standard tools and procedures
  • Active Directory Management
  • Azure / Active Directory Hybrid expertise
  • Intune Windows 10 Management
  • Intune MDM Management for iPads, iPhones and Android devices
  • Microsoft SCCM or MDT knowledge
  • Group Policy Management
  • Power Shell for Office 365 and Azure
  • Prefer scripting skills including Power Shell and batch files
  • Windows 11 installation, configuration and diagnostics
  • Windows 11 image creation and deployment
  • Preference for current Microsoft certifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid CA driver’s license
  • Prefer a 4‑Year college degree (Bachelor’s or above) or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of highly relevant, extensive, hands‑on experience
