At Full Swing, we're looking for a Business Systems & Integration Analyst
who thrives at the intersection of technology and business operations. In this role, you'll partner with teams across the organization to optimize workflows, improve system functionality, and build integrations that drive efficiency and growth.

This is more than a support role. You'll have the opportunity to influence how our business operates by identifying opportunities for automation, streamlining processes, and delivering solutions that make a real impact.

What You Will Do
  • Provide day‑to‑day support for enterprise applications including Net Suite, Salesforce, Woo Commerce, Stripe, Avalara, SPS Commerce (EDI), Celigo, Zapier, and Amazon Seller/Vendor platforms.
  • Troubleshoot system, data, and workflow issues across integrated business systems.
  • Partner with business users to diagnose and resolve operational issues impacting orders, fulfillment, invoicing, customer accounts, integrations, and reporting.
  • Maintain and support integrations between enterprise platforms including ERP, CRM, eCommerce, shipping, tax, payment, and EDI systems.
  • Support and troubleshoot Mule Soft integrations and participate in future integration platform migration initiatives.
  • Support Woo Commerce storefront operations including payment processing, order management, shipping workflows, and customer transaction troubleshooting.
  • Support Stripe payment processing workflows and issue resolution.
  • Support Amazon account operations and integrations.
  • Partner with Fulfillment and Operations teams to troubleshoot shipping, order routing, and EDI‑related issues.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze business processes and identify opportunities for automation, optimization, and operational efficiency.
  • Document system workflows, integration mappings, support procedures, and troubleshooting guides.
  • Assist with testing, validation, and deployment of new system enhancements and integrations.
  • Coordinate with external vendors, consultants, and software providers to resolve technical issues and support upgrades.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
What You Bring
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 4+ years of experience supporting enterprise business systems, integrations, or eCommerce platforms.
  • Hands‑on experience supporting ERP and CRM platforms such as Net Suite and Salesforce.
  • Experience supporting integration platforms such as Mule Soft, Boomi, Workato, or similar middleware technologies.
  • Experience supporting eCommerce platforms such as Woo Commerce, Shopify, Magento, or similar.
  • Experience troubleshooting integrated business workflows across multiple systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
  • Experience supporting APIs, data integrations, or workflow automation tools.
  • Strong communication skills with ability to work effectively across technical and non‑technical teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
What Will Make You a Rockstar

  • Experience with SQL, reporting tools, or data analysis.
