Position: Business Professional - Document Control Analyst/ Labeling Specialist
Job Description Thermo Fisher is looking for an experienced Labeling Specialist to annotate, track, manage, and process labeling components and associated documentation to ensure project deliverables are completed to meet project milestones. This position requires a person who is detail-oriented, has the ability to manage multiple priorities, has exceptional organizational skills and is a self-starter with minimal supervision. Accustomed to working well under pressure and possess excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Major Responsibilities:
* Requests part numbers through the Agile System.
* Annotates artwork in Adobe Acrobat for Graphics.
* Proofs final artwork to insure all changes have been implemented.
* Redlines and updates documentation to support document changes.
* Prepares and routes artwork changes.
* Updates and maintains Master Spreadsheet daily for tracking changes.
* Performing other responsibilities to support the needs of the department as assigned.

Minimum Requirements / Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in Adobe Acrobat. Experience working in a labeling environment. Experience working with BOMs (Bill of Materials) and Specification documents. Must be able to write clear, understandable documentation. Knowledge of eMaker, InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Bartender, Microsoft Office Professional software applications. Agile and Master Control experince a plus
