Systems Analyst

Noble Street consists of a diverse team of accounting and technology professionals including C-level executives, CPAs, engineers and clerical staff working alongside our clients to improve backoffice operations and processes, implement cutting edge technology all while having fun doing so.

Our current opening is for an experienced Systems Analyst who will be the subject matter expert for our Yardi Voyager 7s clients, and work with stakeholders to understand requirements and develop solutions using a variety of tools and techniques. This person’s duties include but are not limited to application administration, end-user support, training, troubleshooting and documenting the business process and procedures.

A qualified candidate must have a proven track record of excellent customer service and professional client interactions and experience in applying in-depth technical support and detailed product knowledge to proactively provide technology and administrative support for all internal applications and technology products.

• One (1) to Three (3) years of business application experience or Information Technology and familiarity with current business analysis principles and practices; or any equivalent combination of acceptable training and experience
• Excellent analytical, verbal communication and writing skills
• Proficient at reviewing and editing documentation
• High-level critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Experienced with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, Yardi experience a plus.
• Experience with custom reporting and/or Business Intelligence solutions
• Demonstrated ability at leading solutions that solve business problems; ability to influence the opinions, approach of business and IT team members
• Experience creating documentation for end users, processes and procedures
• Yardi report writing skills a major plus
• In-Depth knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite software is required
