Job Details
We are seeking a dynamic, detail-oriented, and experienced Associate Attorney with active CA and AZ license to join our high-energy law firm. The successful candidate will specialize in Insurance Defense and will have a proven track record in premises liability, construction, and trucking. This is a permanent position that offers an excellent opportunity to work with a team of seasoned professionals and handle a diverse caseload.

Responsibilities
Representing clients in all stages of litigation, including the preparation of pleadings, motions, discovery, and briefs.Conducting legal research and drafting detailed legal memoranda, motions, and briefs.Providing legal advice and guidance on matters related to premises liability, construction, and trucking.Negotiating settlements on behalf of clients.Conducting depositions, mediations, and arbitrations.Developing case strategies based on the analysis of evidence and legal principles.Participating in trials, presenting evidence, and making closing arguments.Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of legal developments in insurance defense law.Collaborating with team members to ensure a consistent and effective approach to case management.Qualifications
Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.Active membership in good standing with the State Bar of California and Arizona.A minimum of 1-5 years of experience in insurance defense litigation, with a focus on premises liability, construction, and trucking.Exceptional negotiation, research, and communication skills.Proven ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously and meet deadlines.Strong analytical skills and the ability to think strategically.Proficiency in legal research tools and software.High ethical standards and professional integrity.Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings, depositions, and court appearances.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced attorney to work on complex cases and make a significant impact.
