Supply Chain Planning & Lifecycle Manager

This role executes supply planning oversight for the Alastin Business Unit (BU), ensuring optimal inventory levels, minimizing disruptions, and improving supply chain efficiency for all products under the BU, including trade units, samples, kitting, and new products. This position works closely with the Alastin commercial team, global planning, External Supply Organization (ESO), customer service, and logistics teams.

This role is also responsible for product lifecycle management through close collaboration with all business partners, functional groups, factories, and global supply chain. It is accountable for ensuring launch excellence, monitoring the product portfolio throughout the lifecycle, analyzing, and making recommendations for lifecycle changes and/or SKU rationalization.

Essential Functions Supply Planning & Inventory Management
  • Develop and manage supply plans to align with business forecasts, sales trends, and market demand.
  • Optimize inventory levels to balance service levels, working capital, and cost efficiency.
  • Implement strategies to minimize stockouts, overstock, and excess inventory risks.
  • Lead supply and demand balancing meetings to align cross‑functional teams on inventory and production needs.
  • Establish efficient and effective planning processes by leveraging industry best practices, including weekly and monthly operating rhythms, quarterly business reviews, project updates, continuous improvement initiatives, and strategic deep dives with internal and external partners.
  • Execute strategic plans related to Supply Planning activities, identifying key initiatives and driving implementation, including partner strategy and contract negotiations.
  • Contribute to an effective S&OP process by active and constructive facilitation and participation according to best practice.
Product Lifecycle Management
  • Act as Supply Chain lead for Alastin on all product launches, lifecycle changes to existing products, and SKU rationalization across many levels of the organization, including US Marketing, Analytics, Sales, Trade, Finance, IT, Supply Chain, and directly with ESO and Global Supply Chain.
  • Contribute to the effective S&OP process by constructive facilitation of product lifecycle updates.
  • Partner with Master Data Management to facilitate the expedited set‑up of new products, displays, on‑packs, and labeling/packaging changes to existing products.
Cross‑Functional Collaboration
  • Partner with demand planning, procurement, ESO, and manufacturing teams (external & internal) to ensure smooth supply chain operations.
