Harris is seeking a highly motivated and driven Program Director to grow and manage the execution of the Next Gen Tactical Data Links (Link 16) business area. The Program Director will lead a team responsible for the overall cost, schedule, and technical performance of a portfolio of development, production, and repair/retrofit programs. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership and program management skills, a growth mindset, and the ability to partner and achieve results through cross‑functional teams.

The Program Director should also have excellent analytical and communication skills while having the ability to drive organizational change and continuous improvement.

• Lead a team responsible for the P&L execution of the NGEN TDL annual operating plan through a portfolio of programs and projects
• Develop the strategic vision and roadmap for the NGEN TDL business area
• Drives program execution to achieve key business and financial objectives
• Manage a high‑performance team to include talent acquisition, team development, and performance management
• Serve as the primary contact for the NGEN TDL business area for L3
  
  Harris and customers including the Government, Prime Contractors, and International customers
• Has full P&L accountability for financial performance and forecasting
• Lead development and implementation of risk and change management programs
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory, safety, and company policies and procedures.
• Ability to travel up to 25%
• Ability to obtain a US security clearance.

• Bachelor's Degree with 15 years prior experience, Graduate Degree with 13 years prior experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 19 years of prior related experience.

• Knowledge of Link 16 Tactical Datalinks and products
• Demonstrated success in growing and capturing new business opportunities
• Experience managing cross‑functional product‑based programs for the Government, DoD Primes, and International Customers
• Experience with FAR Part 12 & 15 Contract Execution
• Experience managing programs using EVMS principles
• Experience with multiple phases of the program capture & execution lifecycle (Bid & Proposal, Development, Production, Sustainment)
• Ability to lead and develop relationships with geographically dispersed teams
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role in California, Massachusetts, New Jersey, Washington, and the Greater

D.C, Denver, or NYC areas is $184,000- $341,500. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location. L3
