Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Carlsbad, CA for an Assistant Manager for HOA (Homeowners Association). The Assistant Manager for HOA will handle daily operational tasks, assist in the management of HOA communities, and act as a point of contact for homeowners and vendors. Responsibilities include managing community documents, overseeing vendor coordination, maintaining budget records, and ensuring compliance with HOA policies.

The role also involves attending HOA meetings and supporting the Manager in planning and decision-making processes.

Qualifications
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills, including document management and data organization
  • Proficiency in customer service and communication, with the ability to effectively interact with homeowners and vendors
  • Knowledge of financial tasks such as budget maintenance, reporting, and basic accounting
  • Team collaboration and problem-solving skills to support management and execute community projects
  • Proficiency with office software tools such as Microsoft Office Suite and property management software
  • Prior experience with HOA management or property management is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience is preferred
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively
