SummaryResponsible for directing and leading a team of Client Success Managers and Client Management support associates dedicated to meeting the operational needs of assigned client segments. Includes oversight of key accounts and execution of strategic initiatives for the department. Manages and develops client accounts to initiate and maintain favorable relationships with clients. Develop and implement plans and objectives for the Client Management department.
- Provide leadership for the client management team.
- Responsible for training staff on key processes and procedures associated with pricing, new product implementation and launches, sales forecasting, document control, and meeting all client requirements and requests.
- Manage staffing requirements of the Client Management department.
- Oversee Client Success Manager day to day administrative tasks and growth of existing account portfolio.
- Directs and coordinates activities of personnel related to client product launches and project management.
- Collaborates with cross functional departments to drive successful product launches, company initiatives and ensure that client requests are being fulfilled.
- Provide leadership and work closely with cross functional department leaders on product development projects.
- Provide expertise with project management methodologies.
- Works in conjunction with VP, Global Sales, Business Development Managers, Accounting, and Client Success Managers to create, review and update sales forecasts for budget and budget to actual reporting.
- Confers with R&D for technical input and coordinates priorities with operations team for new product introductions.
- Review and develop department procedures and budget.
- Works closely with NAI Marketing and Business Development Managers to develop corporate marketing communication, trade show materials, client marketing presentations, corporate advertisement and event sponsor ships.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external partners needed to support new product introductions.
- Effective communicator and negotiator who can establish strong relationships at all levels in the organization
- Demonstrate strong problem solving capability and the ability to constructively resolve conflicts.
- Additional duties and project work as assigned by VP, Global Sales.
- Bachelor’s degree required with at least five years’ experience in sales and/or Client Management in nutritional supplement industry; MBA a plus
- Must possess superior project management experience in new product implementation
- Excellent organizational communication, scheduling and time management skills
- Ability to develop, document and analyze budgets, product costs, project timelines and critical paths for key initiatives
- Able to demonstrate ability to develop and sustain positive relationships with key clients
- Must have effective presentation skills and be able to speak comfortably in front of groups
- Proficient in Microsoft Project management, Excel, Power Point, Word, Outlook, Zoom, Microsoft Teams, CRM Systems and ERP systems
- As assigned, including directing and overseeing the Client Management department.
- Must maintain confidentiality of company financial and other sensitive and proprietary information.
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; stoop and kneel; talk and hear. The employee is frequently required to sit and stand.
