The role involves operating CNC machinery to manufacture wooden components, performing routine maintenance on equipment, monitoring and adjusting machine settings, and ensuring components meet quality standards. The operator will also interpret technical drawings, set up materials on the machines, and collaborate with the team to ensure production goals are met efficiently and safely.

• Proficiency in Machine Operation with a strong understanding of CNC machinery
• Skills in Machining, Milling, and working with various types of machinery
• Knowledge of Quality Control measures and the ability to evaluate finished products against specifications
• Attention to detail, strong problem-solving capability, and ability to troubleshoot technical issues
• Basic knowledge of safety protocols and mechanical systems
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification in CNC operation is a plus
• Previous experience in woodworking or manufacturing preferred
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
