The operator will also interpret technical drawings, set up materials on the machines, and collaborate with the team to ensure production goals are met efficiently and safely.
Qualifications- Proficiency in Machine Operation with a strong understanding of CNC machinery
- Skills in Machining, Milling, and working with various types of machinery
- Knowledge of Quality Control measures and the ability to evaluate finished products against specifications
- Attention to detail, strong problem-solving capability, and ability to troubleshoot technical issues
- Basic knowledge of safety protocols and mechanical systems
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification in CNC operation is a plus
- Previous experience in woodworking or manufacturing preferred
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
