Contract : 12+ Months

Work Schedule:
Monday – Friday | 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM

• The Warehouse Operator 2 is responsible for receiving, dispensing, transporting, and managing GMP and non-GMP materials. This role ensures accurate inventory control, supports shipping and receiving operations, and maintains warehouse cleanliness and compliance with safety standards.
• The position requires working in freezer environments ranging from -20°C to
  -150°C, with appropriate PPE provided.

• Transport GMP raw materials, components, and supplies to designated manufacturing facilities
• Dispense GMP materials to internal users
• Receive and warehouse GMP and non-GMP materials
• Perform cycle counts and update inventory records accurately
• Order materials as directed by department management
• Ship products to clients and testing facilities
• Deliver internal parcels across company locations
• Manage and maintain the inventory management system
• Clean and maintain warehouse, receiving, and operational areas
• Comply with safety guidelines, including operation of pallet jacks and forklifts
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management
• Work in freezer conditions (-20°C to
  -150°C)
• 100% on-site role
• May require off-shifts, weekends, or additional hours as needed
• Required PPE: gloves, jackets, face shield, reflective vests, safety goggles

• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum 2+ years of warehouse experience
• Current and valid driver’s license

• 1+ year experience in a GMP-regulated environment
• Strong computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Access, and/or Inventory Management Software)
• High attention to detail
• Ability to perform complex tasks independently
• Strong willingness to learn
