Experienced CNC Machinist / Programmer Hangar One Avionics Inc. –Carlsbad, CA (McClellan-Palomar Airport). Are you a precision-driven CNC expert looking to work on mission-critical aerospace projects? Join Hangar One Avionics, a premier FAA Part 145 Repair Station specializing in advanced avionics integration for law enforcement, corporate, and private aircraft. We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist / Programmer to join our elite fabrication team in Carlsbad.

Perform full setups on CNC mills, lathes and lasers, including tool selection and work holding. - Innovate:
Partner with our engineering team to design and fabricate custom panels, mounts, and mission-specific hardware in Solidworks. - Quality Control:
Ensure all parts meet stringent FAA standards using precision measuring equipment.
- Proven experience as a CNC Programmer and Machinist (Aerospace experience preferred).
- Strong proficiency in Solidworks and CAM software.
- Deep understanding of GD&T and technical blueprint reading.
- Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, high-precision environment.
