Product Manager
Eligible candidates must reside in one of the following states:
Arizona, Florida, Texas, Missouri, California. Relocation support is not provided for this role.
- Develop and implement product strategies; participate in departmental roadmap reviews and provide cross-product strategies.
- Build product attractiveness-to-market strategies and competitive advantage.
- Gather and communicate market intelligence and competitor analysis with Executives, Sales, and Marketing teams.
- Seek out competitive information at trade shows and from trade publications.
- Engage key customers (internal and external) to help formulate development strategy.
- Support Sales with key accounts/projects, especially where non-standard products are required.
- Conduct product training for Sales and Application Engineers; assist with customer demos and support.
- Collaborate with Marketing to develop product literature and organize product training for the worldwide sales team.
- Act as the product champion and lead cross-functional teams to achieve release targets.
- Maintain and update product responsibility charts and documentation.
- Facilitate clear communication among Product Management, Engineering, Sales, and other departments regarding product assignments and project status.
- Participate in project portfolio reviews and track action items to ensure alignment and accountability.
- Perform any other job responsibilities as assigned.
- Excellent knowledge of Clear-Com’s core markets (Broadcast and Live) and understanding of secondary markets (MAG and Industrial) for the assigned product group.
- Strong presentation and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Technical competence in audio and communication systems.
- Excellent time management and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Full understanding of the product design process, including Agile Development Principles.
- Strong business acumen, highly motivated self-starter with accountability, reliability, and strategic thinking.
- Willingness to travel worldwide as needed (25-30% of the time).
- Skilled in PC document and numerical tools.
• 5+ years of product management or related experience.
• BA or BS (college graduate) — required.
• Travel: 30%.
• Pay range: $102,400 – $136,500 (variable by experience).
