Carlsbad, CA Pay Rate: $20.00 – $28.00 per hour 2nd Shift: Monday-Friday, 2:30 PM-11:00 PM | 3rd Shift: Sunday-Thursday, 9:40 PM-6:10 AM Built for the Ones Who Still Measure Twice. Previous experience in CNC machining, machine operation, or a manufacturing environment preferred. Ability to use basic measuring tools and perform quality inspections. Mechanical aptitude with the ability to learn machining processes and tooling. Strong attention to detail, safety awareness, and commitment to quality. Ability to stand for extended periods, lift materials as needed, and work in a fast-paced production environment.

Assist machinists with daily production and manufacturing operations in a CNC machining environment. Operate and monitor CNC screw machines while performing secondary machining operations. Conduct first-piece and in-process inspections to ensure quality standards are met. Perform basic tooling preparation, machine cleaning, and routine equipment maintenance. Maintain accurate production logs and support 5S workplace organization and safety standards.
