Entry-Level Cleanroom Manufacturing Technicians!
Hiring for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Shifts
As a Cleanroom Production Operator, you will play a critical role in manufacturing by adhering to cGMP and ISO standards. You will assemble cartridges and reagent kit components, follow manufacturing SOPs, and work both independently and as part of an assembly line team. Your responsibilities will also include maintaining a safe work environment, resolving line issues, and suggesting improvements.
Responsibilities
- Assemble cartridges and reagent kit components.
- Follow cGMP and ISO standards or guidelines.
- Organize and maintain floor area and supplies.
- Work independently and as part of an assembly line team.
- Maintain a safe work environment with respect to chemicals and equipment.
- Resolve line issues and suggest improvements.
Essential Skills
- Experience in production, fast food, retail, or assembly.
- Familiarity with cleanroom and packaging environments.
- Knowledge of SOPs, GMP, and medical device manufacturing.
- High School Diploma required.
- At least 6 months of manufacturing experience.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in a cleanroom environment.
- Ability to work different shifts (1st, 2nd, 3rd).

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Carlsbad, CA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.16/hr eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
