Viasat is seeking an Electronic Rework Specialist for on-site support in the San Jose area. The role focuses on PWA rework, BGA/LGA rework, and inspection to meet IPC/J-STD standards, with emphasis on ESD-controlled handling and thorough documentation.
You will work with microscopes, X-ray inspection, and rework stations, performing site preparation, rework of SMT and through-hole components, and post-rework verification. US citizenship is required, and the position is onsite in the Bay Area.
