Abzena seeks a Lead, Manufacturing Operations to oversee upstream and downstream GMP bioprocessing activities on Train 2. You will direct day-to-day manufacturing, ensure batch records/SOPs compliance, and lead a cross-functional team through production campaigns.
You will coordinate with QA, QC, MSAT, Engineering, Facilities, and Supply Chain, drive training, readiness, and continuous improvement, and uphold safety and quality in a 500 L scale environment.
