Parts Finisher

We are hiring Parts Finishers to support production operations in a prototype and manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for inspecting, finishing, and preparing parts to meet customer specifications and quality standards.
This is a great opportunity for candidates with manufacturing, production, finishing, deburring, assembly, or quality inspection experience.
Available Shifts
- Friday-Sunday | 4:00 PM - 4:30 AM
- Friday-Monday | 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Responsibilities
- Inspect finished parts for defects and quality concerns
- Perform deburring, finishing, sealing, and other post-processing activities
- Utilize hand tools and finishing equipment to meet customer specifications
- Follow job sheets, work instructions, and production documentation
- Verify part features and requirements using drawings and job instructions
- Complete production and quality documentation accurately
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment
Preferred Qualifications
- 1+ year of manufacturing, production, finishing, assembly, or deburring experience
- Experience performing quality inspections
- Experience using hand tools in a manufacturing environment
- Ability to read and follow work instructions, drawings, or blueprints
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Carlsbad, CA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
