This temp-to-hire opportunity is responsible for assembling small precision components, operating basic assembly tools and equipment, and performing quality inspections to ensure products meet established standards. • Assemble small mechanical components by following work instructions, diagrams, and production procedures.
• Use hand tools, benchtop fixtures, and basic assembly equipment safely and effectively.
• Position, align, and fit delicate parts with precision and accuracy.
• Conduct visual and mechanical inspections throughout the assembly process.
• Maintain quality standards and identify any defects or inconsistencies.
• Support production goals by working across multiple assembly stations as needed.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and production output.

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Previous assembly, manufacturing, production, or related experience preferred.
• Strong manual dexterity and ability to work with small parts.
• Ability to read and follow technical instructions, work orders, and assembly documentation.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Dependable with strong attendance and reliability.
• Positive attitude and ability to work effectively in a team environment.

• Frequent use of hands and fingers to handle small components and assembly tools.
• Ability to remain seated at a workstation for extended periods.
• Strong close vision and depth perception for detailed assembly and inspection work.
