What Is An Account Strategist At Rank Pay

An Account Strategist (AS) at Rank Pay is a highly-experienced marketing strategist and consultant, who is responsible for managing a book of business and ensuring the satisfaction of those clients, and the generation of results for those very same clients.

The AS is responsible for showcasing RP core values day in, and day out, to our clients, and helping them achieve their business growth goals.

The AS role is a strategic position within Rank Pay’s marketing team, designed to nurture and grow amazing relationships with clients, and to deliver outstanding results and service. As a business model that is fueled almost entirely by recurring revenue from marketing retainers, this role is the lifeblood of the business.

With an emphasis on marketing and business consulting, the AS role exists to generate a strong impact across multiple digital channels and platforms. The AS is a source of constant ideas, strategic insight, and analytical context for RP clients.

The AS is in a nutshell, the focal point of Rank Pay’s core offering and value to clients. The biggest impact they will aim to have is to retain clients, improve the LTV of their book of business, consistently measure highly on customer satisfaction metrics, and enhancing Rank Pay’s brand recognition, engagement and reputation.
