Hiring Immediately – $24+ opportunities to earn $150-$360 per week in bonuses
Full-time & Part-time

Help us gather signatures in San Diego to qualify an important local measure which, if passed, will support city union workers in negotiating a long-overdue wage increase. From January through March, our team will engage directly with voters at high-traffic community locations to collect signatures and build support. This is face‑to‑face petitioning at public sites, not door‑to‑door canvassing or fundraising.

This role is a great opportunity to gain experience in the following areas:
Leadership, Communication & Advocacy, Community Outreach & Engagement, Campaign Work, Public Policy, and Social Enterprise.

Get paid well! Canvassing positions start at $24/hour. Team Lead positions start at $26/hour. We offer paid training, sick pay, and bonuses for friend referrals. Part‑time and full‑time positions are available. All staff are guaranteed an hourly wage plus any earned bonuses, we do not pay by the signature.
