Position Title
Travel Registered Nurse (RN) ICU – Nights (6:30 pm)
OverviewTravel ICU RN for 13 weeks, starting ASAP. Nights are 6:30 pm–6:30 am. Floating to ER and Med‑Surg is required. There is no on‑call requirement, 48‑hour shifts are not approved, and holiday coverage is mandatory. EMR is Med Host. Unit has 12 beds. Fingerprints are required for all NM travelers.
Responsibilities- Provide total ICU patient care, including ventilator management, titratable drips, and patient hygiene.
- Float to the ER: assist with call lights, medication passage, patient transport, IV placement, and blood draws.
- Float to Med‑Surg: take a full patient assignment (up to six) or act as an aide covering up to twelve patients.
- Minimum 2 years ICU experience.
- BLS and ACLS certifications.
- ER and Med‑Surg experience.
- Experience with ventilators, titratable drips, medication mixing, and patient hygiene (preferred).
- TNCC certification is preferred.
