Manufacturing Quality Inspector — Process & Compliance

Responsibilities

• Inspect products and review products and materials during manufacturing to ensure they meet company specifications and quality standards.
• Monitor, inspect, analyze and review processes and procedures for accuracy and completeness to ensure compliance with QMS/ISO procedures.
• Conduct tests and perform quality tests and measurements using various tools to identify defects or non-conformance in products.
• Document findings, maintaining a detailed record of inspections, tests and quality assurance processes to support compliance and continuous improvement efforts.
• Create and update department procedures and work instructions in the SAP ECR system with input from Operations, Packaging, Production Planning, Technical Product Managers and Inventory Control.
• Collaborate with teams, work closely with production teams to prevent non-conforming products and continuously improve quality processes.
• Report issues and identify quality issues to management, recommending corrective actions as necessary.
