** Responsibilities:*
* ·       
· Perform durability and development testing based on engineering drawings and specifications

·       
· Set up, operate, and maintain mechanical testing equipment and tools

·       
· Assemble and disassemble golf clubs and related components

·       
· Use precision measuring instruments (calipers, gauges, etc.) to inspect parts

·       
· Collect, organize, and analyze test data with a strong focus on  
** Excel*
* ·       
· Enter results into systems and generate clear, accurate reports for engineers

·       
· Troubleshoot inconsistencies in measurements and test results

·       
· Perform routine equipment maintenance and ensure testing accuracy

·       
· Follow all safety protocols and contribute to process improvements

·       
· Support additional lab and testing tasks as needed

** Requirements:*

· Strong  
** mechanical skills
** and comfort working with tools and equipment

· Proficiency in  
** Microsoft Excel**  (data entry, basic formulas, organizing data)

· Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications

·       
· Experience with precision measurement tools (minimum 3+ months preferred)

·       
· Basic math skills (decimals, fractions, percentages)

·       
· High attention to detail and strong organizational skills

·       
· Ability to communicate clearly and work effectively in a team environment

·       
· Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)

·       
· High school diploma or equivalent required
