Four Seasons - - 7210 Blue Heron Place - Responsibilities:
Answer the telephones using courteous, efficient telephone etiquette while obtaining all information necessary to process the guests order according to Four Seasons Standards.;
Anticipate and service of guests' requirements before requests are necessary.;
Serve and clear Food & Beverage items in an unobtrusive and professional manner.;
Complete opening and closing side work as assigned and have all tables set according to standard.;
Coordinate delivery of items to the guestroom by Room Service Servers in a timely manner to ensure proper food quality.
