At Four Seasons Residence Club Aviara, the In Villa Dining Server offers guests an enjoyable, expertly served beverage/dining experience conforming to Four Seasons standards of excellence for quality, professionalism, and friendliness.

• Answer the telephones using courteous, efficient telephone etiquette while obtaining all information necessary to process the guest’s order according to Four Seasons Standards.
• Anticipate and service of guests’ requirements before requests are necessary.
• Serve and clear Food & Beverage items in an unobtrusive and professional manner.
• Complete opening and closing side work as assigned and have all tables set according to standard.
• Utilize the Residence Club’s computer system ringing up sales, printing checks, closing checks, and completing closing readings.
• Carry trays, bus, and reset tables with china, glass, and silver.
• Coordinate delivery of items to the guestroom by Room Service Servers in a timely manner to ensure proper food quality.
• Ascertain a guest’s satisfaction and handle any problem which may arise informing a manager of the problem and how it was resolved.
• Recognize and address potential intoxicated disruptive or undesirable guests.
• Stock and order items.
• Carry hot boxes and provide oval tray service in a professional & comfortable manner.
• Respond properly in any Residence Club emergency or safety situation.
• Perform other tasks or projects as assigned by Residence Club management and staff.

• Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language.
• Previous Food & Beverage experience preferred.
• Average knowledge of wines, spirits, and mixed drinks.
• Driving a company vehicle is an essential function of this role, a valid California’s Drivers License is required.
• Responsible Beverage Service certification and San Diego County Food Handlers card (not required upon hire).
