WhatYou'll Do
- Lead and work the line during PM service
- Be the point person for BOH & FOH communication in the evening
- Ensure food quality, consistency, and presentation standards are met
- Perform line checks and maintain station readiness
- Support guest satisfaction by responding to issues quickly and professionally
- Oversee closing procedures, cleanliness, and organization
- Set the tone for professionalism, urgency, and teamwork
- Strong line cook experience with leadership presence
- Calm, reliable, and respected by peers
- Detail-oriented with high standards for quality and cleanliness
- Comfortable communicating with servers and managers
- Takes ownership of the shift and finishes strong
You are the leader of the night. When you're on, service runs smoothly, food is consistent, and the team feels supported.
Schedule- Evening / PM shifts
- Weekends and holidays as needed
- Competitive hourly pay (based on experience)
- Salary range: USD $25.00 - USD $25.00 / Hr.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience as a Line Cook or in a similar role
- Knowledge of culinary techniques and ingredients
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Willingness to learn and take direction from senior chefs
