As the full-time Selling Team Leader, you are the Store Team Leader's go-to in developing and implementing the business strategy and leading the daily operations of the store. Your passion lies in training and coaching your team into high-performing sellers who consistently provide an unforgettable guest experience. Through your leadership, your team nails their sales goals, maintains merchandising brand standards and delivers operational excellence.

• You have a passion for driving sales: as a key Leader on Duty (LOD), you drive sales by maximizing fitting room and salesfloor productivity and building guest loyalty through a best-in-class guest experience. Analyze reporting and daily trends to make strategic business decisions. Develop short and long-term business plans to drive key KPIs.
• People leadership: motivate and inspire your team through our core values. Model leadership and hold your team accountable to delivering customer service standards on the Sales floor and in the fitting room.
• Talent and training: recruit and hire strong talent to ensure the store is staffed to meet business needs. Train and develop your team to provide outstanding service.
• Teamwork and performance feedback: provide ongoing feedback through real-time coaching, conduct team touch bases, development plans, and performance reviews, and celebrate outstanding performance.
• Operational innovation: execute and improve daily procedures, maintain visual standards throughout the store, and ensure the fitting rooms are guest-ready and aligned with brand standards.
• Integrity and compliance: maintain store safety standards, adhere to Asset Protection standards, follow AEO policies and procedures, and act with integrity.

• Actual starting pay is determined by various factors, including relevant experience and location.
